Appointment:

  • Booking

    To secure your appointment at Ottawa Divinus Hair Salon, we require a deposit. The deposit amount depends on the total cost of your service.

  • Deposit

    $50 non-refundable deposit for services exceeding $100

    $20 non-refundable deposit for services under $100

  • Column

    Please send your deposit to Ottawadivinushair@gmail.com . This deposit will be deducted from your final bill at the time of your appointment. You can settle the remaining balance after your services are complete.

Appointment Cancellation and Tardiness:

  • Tardiness

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, to ensure a smooth operation for all our clients, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following policies:

  • Cancellation

    Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to reschedule without penalty.

  • Tardiness

    • Arriving 15 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee.
    • Arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $50 late fee.
    • If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

Final Sale Policy on Products

All product sales at Ottawa Divinus Hair Salon are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. In such cases, please report the issue within 7 days of purchase.
